Job Summary

 We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team at our Abuja office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Abuja

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and

lead generation activities.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in business development or sales 2 years of experience preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Knowledge of the business services and solutions industry in Nigeria, particularly within the context of technology integration and project management, is a plus.
